Our college has an alumni association (NCOSA) since 1948. (The college was established in 1945). The association conducts its regular meetings in the college to discuss ways in which they can help the present students. Many of the members are members of the Governing Body of the NES. It is heartening to note that the President and Secretary of the NES are alumni of the college. The Managing committee of NCOSA organizes many cultural programmes in a year for college students and the general public. It helps in arranging seminars on present market and employment opportunities. Some of the alumni visit the college and guide the present students about the opportunities for higher learning and employment. It also helps in the conduction of Blood donation camps, NSS activities, free medical camp during NSS Camps, mobilising funds for the mother institution, etc. In this manner, the Alumni Association is working as a supporting pillar of the college. The Old Students’ Association provides information to the present students about opportunities available for higher education and employment. They have employed a number of students in the organizations run by the former students.
